Our BODY
Our bodies consist of close to 100 trillion cells, each with an average lifetime of less than 3 months. After one short year our body is nearly entirely renewed. Interesting enough all the replaced cells still know what to do. Even more astounding, they even remember events that the former cells have experienced. So every cell has some sort of an intelligence or at least can tap into an vast intelligence within our body.
From an chemical point of view, it is less inspiring.
The body is made up of 63% Hydrogen, 25.5% is Oxygen, 9.5% is Carbon, 1.4% Nitrogen and a few Minerals. That makes the whole body worth less than $3 !
Still, the body makes it possible for us to express our thoughts. It can give love in simple acts like a smile and is capable of grand acts such as giving birth to a new individual.
In simple terms one could say: the body is the vehicle in which the "eternal being" (soul) within us has chosen to experience what we call "life".
